You can buy both of my books, Called to Coddiwomple and Time Like Coins, in paperback direct from my publisher, Ginninderra Press. Called to Coddiwomple can also be read as an ebook on Everand. If you would like a signed copy, send me a note and I will sort it out with you directly. And if you would rather borrow than buy, both books are in the National Library of Australia catalogue, and you can ask your local library about getting a copy.
Buying the paperbacks from Ginninderra Press
Ginninderra Press is an independent Australian publisher, founded in Canberra in 1996 and based in Port Adelaide since 2007. Both of my books are in its online shop:
- Called to Coddiwomple at Ginninderra Press: memoir in poetry and prose, 84 pages, published June 2023.
- Time Like Coins at Ginninderra Press: poems, my first solo collection.
At the time of writing (5 October 2026), the publisher's shop listed both as in stock, Called to Coddiwomple at $24.99 and Time Like Coins at $20.00. Prices and postage can change, so check the shop for the current figures.
Reading Called to Coddiwomple as an ebook
If you read on a screen, Called to Coddiwomple is on Everand. The ebook edition carries its own ISBN, 9781761095535, which is handy if you are asking a library or retailer about the digital version. Time Like Coins is listed in paperback.
Signed copies, direct from me
Signed copies of either book come straight from me. Use the contact form, choose the book you are after, and I will arrange it with you directly. I answer my own email. I travel full-time, so there is no postal address; everything goes through email.
Borrowing from a library
Both books are in the National Library of Australia catalogue: Time Like Coins in print, and Called to Coddiwomple as an ebook deposited through National edeposit, which can be read onsite at the National Library and at the State Library of South Australia.
That is thanks to legal deposit. As the State Library of South Australia explains, the Libraries Act 1982 requires publishers to deposit a copy of their publications with the State Library, and a deposit made through National edeposit meets the legal deposit requirements of both the State Library and the National Library. The catalogue lists the ebook as available onsite at those two libraries.
For a copy you can take home, start with your local library catalogue. If it is not there:
- Suggest a purchase. Many libraries take suggestions. Unley Libraries, for example, has a form for it and places the item on hold for you if it is bought.
- Ask about an interlibrary loan. Unley notes that interlibrary loans from the State Library of South Australia are free, although State Library items are reference only: they can be viewed in the borrowing library but not taken home.
- Bring the details. Give the library the title, publisher and ISBN, listed below.
Buying through your local bookshop
If you have a favourite bookshop, quote the publisher and ISBN and ask whether they can order it in for you. Booksellers and librarians can use these details:
| Title | Format | ISBN |
|---|---|---|
| Called to Coddiwomple (Ginninderra Press, 2023) | Paperback | 9781761095528 |
| Called to Coddiwomple (Ginninderra Press, 2023) | Ebook (EPUB) | 9781761095535 |
| Time Like Coins (Ginninderra Press) | Paperback | 9781760416690 |
